Twitter conquers Tokyo
(Seriously, Twitter is turning into one of those monsters that eats everyone in fandom! Next, the world.)

BUT. My actual point was that I think Brendon Urie finally got a Twitter, and I am amused. And, between all the blogging and the Twitter explosion and watching movies involving voyeurism for class, I feel increasingly stalkerish.

Someday, I will give in and get an account just so I can tell Mikey Way that he should see Best Worst Movie when it gets distribution.

I want to see that movie soooo bad. I've owned Troll 2 since I was a wee child.

Awww, you should have seen it at SXSW! I've never seen Troll 2, but the doc was fucking hysterical anyway. Linds and I tried to rent Troll 2, but couldn't find a copy. Probably because everyone else who saw the movie got there first. We should have a viewing party when we get home!

I wanted to see it but without a wristband or badge I dnw to stand in line. I have it on VHS, and the copy I have says FOR PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY

I bet I could get some serious $$$ for that now

*laughs* Maybe! I dunno if Troll 2 merch is really coveted as much as the experience of watching it is. How on earth did you end up with a promo copy, though?

My grandpa is big on garage sales. When I was about 8 or so he picked it up for about $.50 at one. He and my granny watched it and then passed it on to me. I remember when they did my granny said she thought I'd like it because "No one in it could act their way out of a paper bag!"

My granny loved me well.

He IS ultra-adorable. And I had no idea he was such a tech geek, but he keeps twittering Shane about camera specs!

I love how obvious it is that they all influence each other; Shane can talk about music and Zack, Shane, and Spencer can discuss lenses and booms and stuff. They really care about each other, you know? They take an interest in what's important.

It is a lethal combination of film geekery, music geekery, comraderie, goofy affection, and sarcasm. I am having a Panic renaissance, despite the Keltie fiasco, which I honestly did NOT think I was going to recover from.

[Man, April is a good time for this fandom. Last year it was the slave fic, this year it's going to be Twitter whackiness]

OH I SEE WHAT YOU DID THERE

Yeah, I love that he has like, four up and already about 3000 followers. And do we even know it's him? Hilarious.

I am seriously tempted, yo. As in, we'll be discussing my user name ideas in Boston. :D
